Taking a traditional 80’s townhome in the heart of Beaver Creek to a whole new level of chic was the goal of this major, down-to-the-studs renovation.
The result speaks for itself: This 4 bed, 6 bath, 3,800 sq foot townhome was a success, thanks to the collaboration between New West, architects KA Designworks, and interior design firm ColorView design. Finishes include marble and stone throughout, a mono stringer staircase to all levels of the home, and a large great room/kitchen with a metal and stone surrounded fireplace for intimate entertaining.
