The Payne Residence, completed in January of 2015, is the family vacation home of John and Karen Payne and their daughter Maddy who fell in love with Colorado nearly 15 years ago on a summer trip to Breckenridge.
Located in the exclusive Highlands neighborhood, New West Partners worked with the family and architect Suzanne Allen Guerra to create a home that brings dramatic stone work together with exacting details.
